Tori Spelling did her best to put on a brave face as she headed to a business meeting in Los Angeles on Wednesday. But beneath her baggy clothes, the reality star appeared to have lost weight from her already slender frame.
And after two months of being a single parent to their four children Tori must be ready for a break. The 40-year-old’s thin legs were impossible to miss in her cuffed skinny jeans, which were baggy despite their already tiny size. She kept it casual in a deep mauve floral-print kaftan-style top with three-quarter sleeves and a V-shaped neckline. Well-worn brown suede ankle boots completed her ensemble.
The former Beverly Hills, 90210 star wore her signature platinum blonde locks pulled back from her face in a simple low ponytail, while she covered her eyes with fun purple-framed sunglasses and carried a black handbag. She appeared to be wearing plenty of complementary bronze make-up, with a pop of pink on her pout.
A truck filled with boxes left the property on Friday and was spotted arriving at the family’s new home.
However, Tori wasn’t there to collect them as she decided to get away from her troubles at the Happiest Place on Earth, Disneyland on January 10. Without her husband in tow, Tori enjoyed the amusement park with her kids.
For one of their stops, Tori was seen snuggling up with two of her four children on the Dumbo ride – Finn, one, in her lap and Stella, five, to her side, decked out in what appeared to be a Belle (from Beauty and the Beast) costume.
Tori matched her son in a striped sweater, which she later took off as the day heated up. Tori was also wearing a grey brimmed hat, perhaps trying to conceal her saddened emotions, as she certainly appeared quite sombre.
Though, Tori still tried to make the most of her special day, snapping photos of her kids for keepsake.
Birthdays are a big deal in the McDermott household, and I knew that we had to go all out for our littlest ones’ big days this year. We decided to have a joint party for Hattie & Finn (their bdays are only a couple months apart), so we could celebrate both birthdays together (it was Hattie’s 2nd birthday in October and Finn’s 1st in August!). We went with a rodeo theme (it all starts with the theme!), and dressed up our little bday babes up in cowgirl/cowboy attire. Here are my pics from our day at the rodeo:
Tori Spelling is working hard to promote her latest venture, wearing an eye-catching scarlet lace dress to attend a book signing event in Los Angeles on Saturday.
Accompanied by her husband and four children, the 40-year-old showed off her slender figure as she stopped by Barnes & Noble at The Grove shopping mall to sign copies of her memoir Spelling It Like It Is.
Time to talk it out! After making shocking claims in her new book, Spelling It Like It Is, Tori Spelling appeared on CBS’ The Talk Wednesday, Nov. 6, to clear up any lingering confusion. The 40-year-old mother of four and wife of Dean McDermott clarified sections in her book where she suggested she has a sex tape that was stolen and financial troubles.
In her book, Spelling recalls a 2009 Valentine’s Day celebration with her husband of seven years. “‘Dean said, ‘We should tape ourselves having sex.’ He had a little portable tripod, and he set up his video camera on it” she writes. “Afterward, I checked my angles and they were good, so I allowed him to keep it.”
But on The Talk, the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum downplayed it as being an actual “sex tape,” explaining that it was “something personal” they put on their computer and a friend took it.
If it did surface, would she allow it to go out? “No! Absolutely not,” Spelling said on the show. “Give me some credit, I’m a mom of four.”
During her appearance, Spelling also explained a buzzed-about section in the book where she suggested she and McDermott couldn’t afford a vasectomy. But before she explained, Spelling said, “I just have to say, I love my husband. My poor husband, he’s like, ‘Why did you even write that? Now people are talking about my junk.’ And I said, ‘I’m sorry, babe.’”
“If you read the book, you will see that, within the story, it’s a funny story that I talk about,” she explained. “We were just saying that at the time financially . . . a vasectomy is too expensive at the doctor we went to.” She further explained that they were interested in getting a more expensive reversible vasectomy.
“It’s all so individual, I think. And you have to put it within context. I wrote about it simply because I think sometimes people think celebrities’ lives are so glamorous and so perfect,” she explained. “I was simply showing that I have made some bad choices financially. It happens! We’re not above anyone else, we make bad choices and financially we get ourselves into holes. Things are good now.”
Husband McDermott, 46, told Us Weekly the same thing last month. “Right now things are going well,” he said. “Could we afford a vasectomy? Probably. Was it a tougher time for us financially? Yea. For sure. That’s just the truth of it — it’s the nature of this business.”
Tori Spelling has made it a habit of sharing her Hollywood life in her various books and reality shows, and her new memoir “Spelling It Like It Is” is no exception. In a new interview that aired on “Good Morning America,” the former “Beverly Hills, 90210″ star talks about the perception that she’s broke, wanting more money from her father Aaron Spelling after he passed, and how she lost her most recent batch of baby weight.
“I am not broke, no,” she admits, though Spelling says she has had to seriously scale back her spending in recent years. As for her father’s will, she says, “I lost my father, I lost my hero, but did I think I would get more? Yes.”
But Spelling finally flaunts her last time in the title of her most recent book. “I should feel proud and be like I am Aaron Spelling’s daughter,” she says.
Of the baby weight that she lost after giving birth to her fourth child, Finn Davey, Spelling wants to make it clear that she didn’t starve herself. Initially she claimed she dropped the pounds by swimming, but she later revealed she simply dieted.
“Did I stop eating? No. I in no way shape or form did anything unhealthy for my body,” Spelling claims. “Jokingly I would say ‘stop eating’ diet.”
And Tori was visited to do an interview for the ´Extra´ show in Universal City, California on November 6 2013
