No drama allowed at this birthday party!
Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott celebrated their daughter Hattie’s third birthday Sunday afternoon with a “princesses and fairies” celebration fit for a queen.
For two hours, Hattie and her school friends enjoyed a massive bounce house, participated in face painting and even decorated their own tutus.
“Overall the mood of the party was light,” an eyewitness told E! News exclusively. “There was no drama to speak of.”
As Lifetime cameras filmed throughout the day, Tori and Dean “seemed fine” as they celebrated with cake and sweets made by Scout Masterson. “There was not a lot of interaction between the two,” the eyewitness shared with E! News. “They did not show any PDA.”
Instead, the two mingled with guests that included Tatum O’Neal, Alyson Hannigan and husband Alexis Denisof, and Candy Spelling.
Although Tori and her mom have been open about their strained relationship, the twosome was spotted chatting “for quite a while.” They even posed for a selfie with O’Neal. Another surprise guest fans may not have expected to come was McDermott’s ex-wife, Mary Jo Eustace. According to a source, Tori personally invited her to the party and they were seen chatting during the event.
In a sneak peek of True Tori’s new season released to E! News, Tori sits down with Dean’s ex-wife in hopes of finding more clarity on her current marriage.
“You have one story that’s painted for you and you made a pretty accurate portrait of him,” Tori shared in the video. “[The infidelity] became true in my own relationship. You can say ‘I told you so.'”
Although some would expect Mary Jo to be excited with the marital troubles surrounding Tori, she simply told the reality star that “it’s not a good feeling.” Regardless of all the drama surrounding Tori’s family life, it was nothing but a special day for daughter Hattie.
“Happy 3rd Birthday to my beautiful Hattie Cat!!” the proud mom wrote on Instagram. Based on that smile, we’d say the B-day girl had a blast!

Tori Spelling shared some family pics – including husband Dean McDermott and their four kids Liam, 7, Stella, 6, Hattie, nearly 3, and Finn, 2 – at her youngest child’s pickup truck-themed birthday party.
“I still can’t believe that my littlest one is already two years old. I feel like it was just yesterday that we were heading to the hospital to welcome him into this world,” Tori writes on her website.
“Anyways, a couple weekends ago we celebrated Finn’s big birthday with a beachside party in Malibu. Finn loves trucks, so the party’s theme was all about pickup trucks,” she shares. “And like at any party we have, the amazing Elizabeth Messina was there to capture all of the special moments. Here are her pictures of our day celebrating Finn’s birthday!”
The mom-of-four also shared an image from the party via Instagram.
“Thanks @idvproducts @TheSnackeez for hosting my son Finn’s 2nd birthday party! So much fun! #Snackeez 2-in-1 snacking solution for kids,” she captioned the family pic.
The actress appeared to be in good spirits and smartly donned a bathing suit for the big moment. Spelling’s two older children, Liam and Stella, were father Dean McDermott’s helpers and poured a giant orange tub of freezing cold water on the blonde.
After the initial shock, Spelling nominated her mother to take the challenge herself. The former Beverly Hills, 90120 star’s mother has yet to respond.
“My friends Bill & Scout (aka The Guncles) nominated me to take the Ice Bucket Challenge to raise money and awareness for ALS,” she explained on her website. “It was freezing cold but totally worth it!”

Tori Spelling is doing a new reality show, which will document the rocky road she is navigating with love rat cheating husband, Dean McDermott, and an insider exclusively tells RadarOnline.com she’s only doing the project to humiliate the Canadian native — and is only being paid $100,000.
In a press release from Lifetime, the network states “the real story will be told as it should be, by Tori Spelling herself” and says the 40-year-old mother of four “has made the courageous decision to allow the audience to witness the most difficult and unpredictable period in her life.”
Titled True Tori, the series will focus on Candy Spelling‘s daughter but promises to reveal whether her marriage with McDermott, 47, will survive.
However, McDermott “is far from being a willing participant. He felt extremely pressured by Tori to do the reality show. Tori told him they had to do it because their fans want to know what is going on with their marriage. Too bad Dean doesn’t feel that way,” the insider told Radar.
“This should be a time of reflection, introspection, healing and figuring out what the next step is for them. The last thing Dean wants to deal with is production schedules and cameras. He asked Tori to wait a few months before doing the reality show, he just needs some time…but she insisted it had to be now. Reluctantly Dean agreed because he feels this is all his fault.”
And last month Spelling was forced to close her antique store, InvenTORI, amid claims that the family is “broke.”
Our source says on the subject of money, “Tori isn’t doing the latest reality show for the money….Lifetime is only paying her $100,000 for the project.”
True Tori will premiere in just three weeks on April 22 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on Lifetime.
Tori Spelling and Jennie Garth’s new TV series Mystery Girls will premiere on ABC Family this June, the cable network announced on Monday.
Mystery Girls will star the duo as two former TV cops who are brought back together by a real-life mystery. Garth plays Charlie, a suburban housewife and mother, while Spelling plays Holly, a former starlet who longs for her ’90s glory days. Newcomer Miguel Pinzon plays Nick, the witness to a crime and a Mystery Girls fanatic who gets the girl back in action. Garth and Spelling will also executive-produce with Maggie Malina (Single Ladies).

Tori Spelling did her best to put on a brave face as she headed to a business meeting in Los Angeles on Wednesday. But beneath her baggy clothes, the reality star appeared to have lost weight from her already slender frame.
And after two months of being a single parent to their four children Tori must be ready for a break. The 40-year-old’s thin legs were impossible to miss in her cuffed skinny jeans, which were baggy despite their already tiny size. She kept it casual in a deep mauve floral-print kaftan-style top with three-quarter sleeves and a V-shaped neckline. Well-worn brown suede ankle boots completed her ensemble.
The former Beverly Hills, 90210 star wore her signature platinum blonde locks pulled back from her face in a simple low ponytail, while she covered her eyes with fun purple-framed sunglasses and carried a black handbag. She appeared to be wearing plenty of complementary bronze make-up, with a pop of pink on her pout.

A truck filled with boxes left the property on Friday and was spotted arriving at the family’s new home.
However, Tori wasn’t there to collect them as she decided to get away from her troubles at the Happiest Place on Earth, Disneyland on January 10. Without her husband in tow, Tori enjoyed the amusement park with her kids.
For one of their stops, Tori was seen snuggling up with two of her four children on the Dumbo ride – Finn, one, in her lap and Stella, five, to her side, decked out in what appeared to be a Belle (from Beauty and the Beast) costume.
Tori matched her son in a striped sweater, which she later took off as the day heated up. Tori was also wearing a grey brimmed hat, perhaps trying to conceal her saddened emotions, as she certainly appeared quite sombre.
Though, Tori still tried to make the most of her special day, snapping photos of her kids for keepsake.
